These terms cover your use of precisionpoint.mt. They don't cover client work. That is governed by the engagement letter you sign with us.

Information on this site

Our guides, articles, forms and resources give general information about accounting, tax and company matters in Malta. They are not advice for your specific situation. Tax rules and rates change, and some pages may not reflect the latest position. Before you act on anything here, speak to us or another qualified adviser.

Calculators and tools

The Malta salary calculator and our other tools give estimates based on the figures you enter and the rates in force when we last updated them. Use the results as a starting point, not for filing returns or running payroll.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry or booking a call doesn't make you a client. We become your accountants only once our due diligence checks are complete and we've both signed an engagement letter. Until then, nothing said on a call counts as professional advice.

Using the site

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, try to reach parts of the site or our systems you aren't authorised to access, upload viruses or harmful code, or copy or scrape our content for commercial use without our permission.

Our content

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to Precision Point Malta or the people who licensed them to us. You can view, download and print pages for your own use. You can't republish or sell them without our written permission. Official government forms we link to remain the property of the authority that issued them.

Links to other websites

We link to government portals and other sites we find useful. We don't control them, and we aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

Our liability
