Junior Accountant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping records organized, and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks in a structured and professional environment.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain practical experience, and support a range of accounting assignments across different clients and industries.

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English is essential.
✓ Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
✓ Proficiency in Excel and Word.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✓ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
✓ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✓ Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks would be considered an asset.
✓ Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting support would be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Bookkeeping and accounting entries.
✓ Bank reconciliations and routine account reconciliations.
✓ Assisting with management accounts and month-end tasks.
✓ Maintaining organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
✓ Assisting with VAT, payroll, and other compliance-related tasks as needed.

Junior Auditor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our remote team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys reviewing financial information, working with supporting documentation, and assisting with audit assignments in a professional environment.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in audit and assurance while developing technical and professional skills within a growing firm.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Assisting with audit fieldwork and audit documentation.
✓ Preparing and organizing working papers.
✓ Performing basic testing of balances, transactions, and supporting documents.

✓ Supporting senior team members throughout audit engagements.

Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who can work more independently, manage accounting tasks with less supervision, and contribute to the efficient delivery of client work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting support, and general accounting responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and organization.

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English is essential.
✓ At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
✓ Good understanding of accounting principles.
✓ Proficiency in Excel and Word.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✓ Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Digital Support team member to assist with a range of marketing and digital tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and able to support different areas of online marketing and digital presence.

The role may involve assisting with marketing campaigns, online advertising, website updates, content coordination, and general digital support tasks.

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English is essential.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✓ Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
✓ Willingness to learn and adapt across different digital tasks.
✓ Good general computer skills and confidence using online tools.
